Our coaches focus on the development of all our children individually and all our sessions are run by FA Licensed Coaches. We work to get players of a similar ability playing together to ensure player development.
We have a coaching pyramid at the club, meaning every player has both a team coach and a head coach working across age groups as well as a head coach at the club. The aim of this is to ensure player support and development is optimised.
Our team players get included in their fees match and training kits.
Training sessions continue all year round twice a week and our facilities include astro turf and 3G.
All our teams have dedicated professional coaches that will attend training and matches.
We focus on individual player development for all our players.
For players who would like more training, we offer a pay as you go session on a Monday.
All our teams have a parent representative who among other duties is able to give feedback directly to Club Secretary.
Our team players are regularly invited to tournaments and events including player showcase events.
We have teams playing in both the Junior Premier League ( Saturdays) and Watford Friendly League (Sundays)
